When does upgrading to Growth make more sense than adding businesses one at a time?
At your 3rd business. One add-on on Starter (₹35,998/yr for 2 businesses total) still costs less than Growth (₹39,999/yr) — so we won't push you to upgrade before then. From your 3rd business onward (₹51,997/yr on Starter + add-ons), Growth is the cheaper path, and we'll tell you so, clearly, the moment it's true — not before.

Is this a monthly subscription?
No — billed annually. The "per month" price on our pricing page is just for easy comparison; you're charged once a year, not every month.
What happens if I have more businesses than my plan includes?
Add a business anytime for ₹15,999/year (+18% GST). If you're consistently adding several, Growth usually works out cheaper from your 3rd business onward.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with remaining time carried forward, not lost. Downgrades are available once you're down to the number of businesses your new plan includes.
How many years of historical data can I import?
Starter includes the current financial year plus 1 prior year (2 years total). Growth includes the current year plus 3 prior years (4 years total).
Can I import data from before 2023?
Not currently — our system supports data from FY2023-24 onward. If you have an older-records need, contact us to discuss options.
What's included in the ₹4,999 onboarding setup?
We import your past 1 financial year of bank statements, generate AI insight reports for that period, and set up your team's user accounts — done for you, one time, on either plan. Reach out via the contact form and our team will take it from there.
How many team members can I add?
Starter supports up to 3 team members with role-based access (Admin, Manager, User). Growth supports up to 10.
What support do I get, and is phone support available?
